RETURN POLICY

Because our Gift Baskets are custom assembled, all sales are final except for defective products. Please report problems, damages or defects immediately via email. Shipping fees are non refundable. Should it be necessary to return an item, please contact us immediately via email for a return address. For all other items that are returned, we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

SUBSTITUTIONS

PLEASE NOTE:  In the infrequent event that particular items for our gift baskets is out of stock, substitutions will be made of a similar product of equal or greater value.

SAFETY OF ONLINE ORDERING

Online ordering is very safe. Dog Lover Gift Baskets has taken numerous steps to protect the privacy of your information. When you go to the check out page, you will be in a secured section of our site. All credit card information is encrypted prior to transmission over a secure socket layer.

CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

IMPORTANT CANADIAN IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES and BROKERAGE FEES:
The customer is responsible for any Canadian Import Duties & Taxes and any Brokerage Fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian Border. (These fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you.)
As of November 17, 2008 we can no longer be responsible for the shipment of any package sent to Canada.  We will provide proof of shipment and tracking numbers, but if the package does not get delivered we will be unable to issue a refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

If the item is in stock, your order will ship within 2 business days. If the item is backordered, you will be notified via email.

All products are sent using UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day, UPS Next Day, or in some cases USPS. We will notify you via email with a tracking number when your product ships.

If you have a rush order, let us know via email immediately, and we will do everything we can to expedite the order.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless an extra fee is paid for Saturday delivery.  If you need a package delivered on Saturday, please give us a call at 866.514.2090.

Note:  When a package is shipped via expedited shipping, the day it ships DOES NOT count as one of the shipping days.  If a gift is shipped via 3 day delivery on a Monday, it will not be delivered until Thursday.

SAME DAY SHIPPING:  If an order is received by 1:00pm PST it should be able to ship the same day.  Any orders received after 1:00pm PST will ship the following day.
